Even though I joined the company recently, I felt in my place from the very first days.
The warm welcome and the availability of my colleagues made my integration easier and allowed me to find my bearings quickly.
One of the aspects I find particularly inspiring is the importance given to ecology and to the responsibility behind our choices.
The company does not merely talk about it: it strives to work with suppliers who share these values, favouring local or nearby partners wherever possible.
This consistent and concrete approach gives meaning to our daily work.
I also appreciate the fact that employees are listened to and that the company is able to question itself in order to keep evolving and improving.
This spirit of openness and continuous improvement creates a motivating working environment, where everyone can make their contribution.
I am happy to be part of this team and excited to continue this fine adventure.
